Well I'm staying in my area in Coeur d'Alene/Hayden and I'm getting a new companion!
It's been a good transfer, and I love my old companion-- he was awesome. He's getting pretty close to the end of his mission so I've been giving him some good advice for when he gets home. My new companion has only been out about 7.5 months so that'll be interesting to see what he's like and what he loves!
What miracles this transfer! We were able to help 2 little girls get baptized and find some good friends and one older lady who just needs direction in her life! I love being a missionary because you get to be quite literally God's servants, you get to know Him pretty well especially through the hard times. But even then, you can find joy!
If there's one thing I've been learning it's always prioritize your studies. Whether you're on a mission or at home. Your relationship with God will only grow as much as you water it. Please protect the private moments of your life and take time to connect with God and humble yourself everyday. When you are humble you can be molded into a new creature in Christ.
God loves you, and I'm learning better how to love all those I come in contact with. It's been crazy noticing the changes in myself as I've learned to devote myself more and more to becoming more Christlike and serving others as Jesus would. And I testify everyday and I testify now to all of you that read this and those who don't. God fights for you. He has power to change your desires, motives, passions, into a purer vessel for the Holy Ghost to dwell in. There is no power greater than God's. And that is held in His church. What's holding you back?
Also I had a gooey-- it's like the biggest ice cream bowl ever!
I love you all!
